"When I arrived there was no one at reception. Eventually a nice French gentleman came but couldn't find my booking. He did give me a room but had to knock on my door to get to sign in. I always ask for a quiet room. My room faced directly onto the busy main rod outside with trucks and buses etc. passing by all night. At 8.00 am or so they started construction inside the hotel with screaming drills and sawing noises. Never again at Wiking Hotel"

Vorweg sei gesagt, dass die Kommunikation vorab ohne Probleme mit dem Inhaber verlief. Der Schlüssel für die Tür war vor Ort und wir konnten direkt in die Immobilie. "The property was very good it’s in the basement. The host was very nice and cooperative. They even had toys for the kids which my kids absolutely loved. "Rezeption nie besetzt. Checkin steht auf Webseite 17 Uhr, ich komme an. Der Rezeptionist kommt um 18 Uhr mit der Mitteilung dass checkin erst um 18 uhr ist. Dabei hing am Brett der Zettel ebenfalls mit 17 Uhr. Konnte ich eine Stunden warten. Dann war das eine WC von oben bis unten vollgebrochen oder fäkal verunreinigt für einen Tag. Wollte Bescheid geben, aber keiner da und an das Notfall telefon ging niemand. Dann der Hinweis bei ankunft dass sie eig voll wären, udn die Buchung über Expedia...
