Wir haben eine ordentliche, saubere Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Trotzdem gibt es Kritikpunkte 1.) Die Wohnung liegt nicht Parterre, sonden befindet sich im Sousterrain zu dem man 13 Stufen hinauf bzw hinunter steigen muss. 2.) Die Küche ist nur eine Kochnische 3.) Die Wohnung liegt sehr nahe an der Autobahn, die Tag und Nacht eine sehr heftige Geräuschkulisse darstellt. 4.) Der Bahnhof und das Betriebswek der Rhätischen Bahn liegen direkt jenseits der Autobahn und sorgen ebenfalls Tag und Nacht eine deutlich vernehmbare Geräschkulisse. Wenn diese Punkte korrekt beschrieben worden wären, hätten wir diese Ferienwohnung niemals angemietet. Insofern muss man die Beschreibung von Belvilla heftig kritisieren, in dieser Form kann man sich darauf nicht verlassen!

Hartelijke ontvangst in een zeer schone vakantiewoning. Vriendelijke en zorgzame verhuurders. Mooie omgeving, ligging is fijn centraal om uitstapjes te maken. De woning is te bereiken via een trap, 13 treden totaal. Voor ons geen probleem, maar misschien een aandachtspuntje voor anderen.
