"Great place to stay if you appreciate slow living. Lucinda was warm and friendly. She baked bread for us and had the fridge stocked with breakfast supplies. The dogs, Rocky and Pickles were delightful."

"There is no "almost" about it. We thought it was completely Paradise. Exactly the sort of place you want, coming to a tropical island from the cold of the North. The host bent over backward to ensure a pleasant stay and it seemed a much longer visit than the seven days we were there."

"The accommodations are basic, the generosity of the hosts exceptional. It was a wonderful first time visit to Grenada for me, but not for my companion who'd done several short stops during cruises. This time was a great learning experience for both of us."

A full kitchen lets you enjoy breakfast and afternoon drinks while you ponder the view. The rooms are rustic, spacious, and comfortable. And very clean with beautiful wood floors and furniture.There are several quiet beaches nearby where you'll often be the only people on the beach. "I repeat almost home away from home"

"Host, Catherine, was prompt to respond to messages and provided detailed directions to the property. We were warmly welcomed and given a cottage tour by her lovely family member upon arrival. Catherine kindly stopped by to say hello later on. Local general store/hot food within 2 minute walk. Grand Anse Beach 10-15 minute taxi ride. Enjoyed our quiet and relaxed remote night stay in the lush mountains. Thank you for your hospitality."

"I stayed at Almost Paradise from March 12-26 and the best way I can describe it is as a dream come true. My adorable cottage sat on a hillside overlooking the ocean, and waking up every day to the gorgeous view was one of the amazing things about my stay. The cottages have all been beautifully taken care of, and I appreciated the property housekeeper coming in daily to tidy up. "Super nice staff. Cute room, place was clean, pools were quiet. Overall, we were happy with our choice. I was caught by suprise about the lack of hot water but that was my fault for not thinking to look into it. Bed was comfortable, AC worked great, no bugs were seen besides mosquitoes that snuck in with the door opening. "

"Stayed one nite prior to sailboat trip. Room location was top of walk up hill. Great view of sea. Room was clean, bed wascomfortable. A/c was good. Shower was good. Pool was nice and lovely breakfast om site. Only bad thing was grackles, black crows outside room were very loud most of nite. Quit by AM but hard to sleep. Easy check in and check out staff vwry polite. "

Best stay in Grenada so far

"We stayed here for a few nights, having enjoyed a lunch here last year. Our Tower Room was beautifully presented and well-equipped. AC quiet and efficient, with an added ceiling fan. The bed was extremely comfortable and guaranteed a good nights sleep. The hotel site is clean and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and courteous, especially Devenne. The restaurant served fresh local food at all three meals. Courtesy transport to the beach was much appreciated. Cannot recommend True Blue too highly and will definitely stay here again."

Lovely Accommodation!

"Beautifully updated accommodations; loved the layout of the room and the view from our balcony. Could prepare a simple meal in the small kitchen if so inclined. A couple items which could be improved: bathroom drains were slow draining and the shower floor was slippery (a rubber mat for the shower would prevent slippages)."
