The customer service and communication was excellent. My flight was delayed and the property contacted me and ensured that my dinner was ready when I got there. Beautiful site, nice rooms with vaulted ceilings. But there was no free breakfast, living room windows had no outside view, and there was pool side construction everyday. The first morning there was no running water - none!. This was fixed, but no hot water for 3 days. The on site kitchen cafeteria area was closed. So the place needs major work and focus before I would stay there again.

Nice hotel in a quiet area
It's a great place to stay and they will have more amenities to make it even better. The hostess is very nice and answered all my questions. I will look forward to staying there the next time I get into Grenada.

This was a small, privately-owned property so it will not have all the amenities of a large hotel chain, although they are in the process of adding a small restaurant and an exercise room. It was a lovely one of a kind hotel with spacious suites. Parking was tight due to construction but doable and the hotel was in a good location. The owner Christopher and Johnelle (concierge?) were very friendly and helpful, although it was Johnelle's first day when we arrived. My only complaint was that water pressure was low.

It's a bit misleading to have this kind of a place on hotels.com. It was ok, but hardly a place that I would compare to a real hotel. Not even drinking water available... Not really their fault, I suppose, but probably is the fault of hotels.com for listing it. I will be more careful with your website in the future.
