I was concerned that the neighborood on the dock might be a whoop-it-up loud all-night-long kind of party crowd (and I am VERY boring), but everyone was going-out-of-their way charming and kind. Overall - it was lovely. Highly recommend it. Perfect getaway. "

"Staying in the houseboat was an adventure. We had a few hiccups in the check-in process but the hosts were very responsive and everything was sorted out very quickly. The houseboat was made in the 60s so some things were as I expected and some things such as the heating was not. The first night of the stay the temps dropped down into the 30s and the boat was COLD! "We stayed here for a weekend for our son's wedding at Oak Hill Farm. We had 9 adults who all had their own bedroom with one bedroom to spare. The views were amazing from both top and bottom patio with plenty of outdoor seating and a fire pit. We did not get to use the pond but it was very cute with a dock and small beach. Owners will easy to work with and communicated promptly. "
