"We ended up finding this location at the very last minute. IT WAS PERFECT! There was a snafu with our VRBO reservation and we were unable to get in. Once we hopped onto Hotels.com and did a search for something a family of 5 could stay in near Bar Harbor during the busiest time for the area, this house in Acadia popped up. "Wonderful camp, just magnificent views of the pond. The road was tough (unpaved), but it was so quiet. Again we went in October. Inside was very clean and nice, just like the photos they had on the website. We took drive to Bar Harbor very nice 👌 "
