"We had a wonderful stay at António’s beautiful little villa in the hills above Lamego! Being just a short drive to the town made it easy to get provisions and the location worked out well for us to explore the Douro Valley and its many treasures. António was a fabulous and helpful host. We highly recommend a stay here and we hope to be back again someday!"

"This is an old house, with some interesting history & furnishings. It is not a hotel, it’s a B&B, with 3-4 bedrooms and the owners live upstairs. The ( ensuite) bathrooms are very dated. The ( included) breakfasts are served at 9am, but the staff are very helpful and did provide breakfast earlier when we asked.
