"Lovely and clean and quiet .. would stay there again "

"We booked a 2 bedroomed apartment for just over 2 weeks. Was in building 3 on the 4th floor and loved the complex. The apartment was a lot bigger than ever imagined. Yes it could do with a little TLC but the pro's far outweighed that. Plenty of living space for us and the 2 kids. Both having ensuites and a 3rd toilet. Kitchen was well equipped. Balcony was big and sun facing in the evening after it had gone from the pool which was perfect and the view over the mountains and golf course (just about make out the kangaroos on the fairway in the morning!) The pool we used a fair bit and although the pool is quite cool (didn't bother the kids) the hot tub was more enjoyable for us ! . The bbqs to the side of the pool were also a nice surprise which we used a couple of times. Fridge to the side and plenty of seating and space to prep. Last thing, the complex was safe and relaxed I've felt. Only go places with your key card and security patrolling morning and evening. Basically didn't want to leave!"

"Right on Marina Waterfront. Super pool (2 infact). Reception manned after 2pm. It would be nice if it was manned after 10am for bookings. The "booking" apps are too variable on pricing. It would be nice to book direct at a fixed price. "

"I recently stayed at the Waterloo Bay Hotel. The facilities were well-maintained, and I felt very safe, which added a lot of comfort to my stay. The staff stood out for their friendliness and professionalism. My room was well-kept, and clearly cared. It was evident that cleanliness and maintenance are a top priority at this hotel. Parking was a breeze, with ample space and easy access. The location itself was another highlight: conveniently situated close to shops, public transport, and a wide variety of dining options. Whether I wanted a to eat at the hotel or within walking distance. Overall, I recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, and convenient place to stay with great service and plenty of nearby amenities."

"Lovely staff, Room was bigger than i expected and clean and tidy, 11ks from Sleeman Aquatic centre where we were driving every day of our stay, had easy access to the Motorway, Also about 8ks from Westfield Mall. Room service was very quick, had a restaurant on site, and a liquor store, but had to drive to get any other food, Subway and kebabs were about a 2min drive so that was good."
