"This was a place to stay. Period. Nothing more. Wi-Fi did not work. The overhead shower is broken and did not work. Pieces of the bathroom door fell off. There was no hot/warm water for 36 hours. No shelf/hook/anything to place your toiletries on. Perhaps I should have communicated with management? Oh, that’s right! I tried 3x. No response in 4 days time. "

"It's a bit of a hike up to Sienna but the walk is worth it, you avoid a lot of the tourist crowds coming from this direction. There are some steep hills to the top of the town, so be warned but I would stay here again. Relatively simple check in and out, no complaints. "

"Absolutely loved our stay at Ca Bianca Tuscany Relais. The property is in excellent condition and our room was very spacious and comfortable. Pool is lovely and clean and not too cold at this time of year. Easy access into Siena and surrounding countryside to experience all Tuscany has to offer. Breakfast was exceptional and Maria is so lovely. We also ate in the evening and meals were delicious and nicely presented. Waiting and reception staff also excellent and guest focussed."

"Nice, clean bedroom & bathroom. Shared entry was noisy when other guests arrived. You can hear Church bells ringing throughout the night as you are located in the square. Siena is a lovely town."

"Super easy and quick check in at the store next to the apartment. It’s a walk up so was a bit of a challenge to get all our luggage upstairs but the guy who checked us in (I’m so sorry I forgot your name) but he was so lovely and helpful, offering to take some bags himself. The place we rented was like a one bedroom apartment with a small kitchen, tv room, dining room, and bedroom, bathroom was really big too. The view is outstanding. "When we arrived at the property we had so many questions about the area! The staff was helpful and answered all of our questions with great patience. We only stayed for 1 night, but wish we had booked for more nights. We toured Siena during the day, but came back to the property for a beautiful sunset and dinner. "Chambre en plein cœur du centre historique donc très bien situé pour visiter Sienne. Il nous a été indiqué une rue à 10mn à pied pour se stationner gratuitement. La chambre se situé au 4e étage sans ascenseur. Pour nous pas de problème mais c'est bon à savoir. La chambre est équipée d'un ventilateur au plafond ce qui n'est pas mentionné dans l'annonce donc très bonne nouvelle à notre arrivée avec plus de 35 degrés dehors. "Pros: Great location for exploring, super comfortable bed, hot shower. Cons: Parking is difficult if you don't want to pay the 25-30 euros. We parked in the tiniest place in a "lot" that was about a 10 minute walk away and we were extremely lucky to find that "spot". No AC after Oct 1st. The room was pretty warm so we just ended up opening the windows, which helped a lot. The issue then was the noise. Super loud below, with scooters, cars, and pedestrians going by all night. "We stayed last week for 2 days in the Luxury Suite. The good things were its beautiful, isolated location, a stunning view from the vanishing edge pool, and the beautiful grounds. The suite was very spacious with a private outside sitting area. The bad thing was the non-functioning air conditioning. The outside temperature was 92F, and inside it could not get cooler than 85F. The airco came repeatedly on for 10 seconds and then shut off for a minute, while the air coming out wasn't even cold....

"The service at this hotel was impeccable. We were running late for our wine tasting but they were still SO accommodating! The rooms were beautiful and the view from the hotel are amazing. It was super accessible to everything. Also, the parking options were great - highly recommend. They're so responsive through texting and it was great to have this level of service. Highly rec! "
