"Small room but great place very near on everything"

"We had a good experience from checkin to departure. The staff were friendly and very helpful but didn't hover over us. Our spacious room, the restaurant and the facilities in general are well maintained, pleasantly decorated and clean. Hot water for a shower was plentiful. This hotel obviously has a history in the area and the owner/manager take pride in providing a quality experience for guests.There is another excellent restaurant right next door. "I can't say enough good things about this place. It's centrally located and I found it to be a home away from home. I was only there three days but during that time period I had an issue with my eye that needed a doctor visit. They totally accommodated me. They found an eye doctor and took me there. Not only once, but twice. I am thankful for the opportunity to have stayed with this kind family and would not hesitate to stay there again."
