"This property is an excellent location in Montemvasia. The staff was welcoming, the location and position (right new the water) is beautiful. We would commend this to anyone that wants a comfortable, roomy experience. There is a marble well-cap in the center of the room that the archeological people didn't want to remove. I'm glad they didn't. We say a picture later in the museum!"

"The rooms here are spacious and clean with a great bed. Our room had a separate lounge and a basic kitchenette. There is a lovely spa but we didn’t book ahead so lesson learned there. All the dining options on site were great. We had a great walk to nearby Mystra through the orange orchards and olive groves."

"It's an exceptional property. Beyond beautiful. Everything about our stay was perfect, except for the discovery of the complimentary breakfast on our last day. "

"Like the name says this is a mountain resort. You will have a very windy Road up the mountain to the resort, but the drive is worth it. Great views. Our stay was in October and we were one of two couples at the resort so very quiet. The restaurant was not open when we got to the Resort. We didn’t expect to have a meal there. We were able to have a few glasses of wine in the bar before it closed at nine and the gentleman that worked that night was very helpful. The morning breakfast was very nice. Homemade jams and Marmalades. It was a little cool to use the pool, but it looked very nice. I think it would be a great place to go in the summertime for a relaxing holiday."

"Situated almost immediately by the bridge to the island, AKTAION Hotel was quite comfortable, and well positioned for restaurants. My room was one of the smaller ones, but it’s balcony faced the island and the sea. I would most happily stay there again if the opportunity occurs. "
