"It is our first time at a BW in Lakewood. Not a fuve star but it is what we need for now. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and ready to help. Easy to park your car. Clean room and a comfy bed. Maybe they should be offering at least two free bottles of water/soda on the fridge, since the tap water taste kinda strange."

"This is to Expedia. I did not get a full kitchen because they did not have a full kitchen. They had a kitchenette. This is to the hotel. Overall experience was very good. Breakfast was decent and the use for a kitchenette was very handy. The couple complaints I may have is there was a hole underneath a tile floor in the kitchenette that could not be seen but could be felt. Another complaint would be towards parking management. There was TownePlace Suites and Holiday Inn Express practically next...

"Everything was good with the property & staff The only issue was with Expedia on the intail booking. Because of this me and my family had to stand outside in the snow and cold for additional 2hours because Expedia never completed the booking after they even discuss with me over the phone and confirmedall information is correct and that was it."

"From the moment Monica picked me up at the airport transport site, through check in and help to my room my visit was excellent. The room was clean and just what I needed. I was able to checkin early due to my arrival time. SIGNage was clear in the large hotel. The workout room clean with the equipment I needed, breakfast great, AND Monica drove me back to the airport efficiently, being sure I got my bags checked and found the wheelchair wait section. I am 80 years old and will recommend you to my friends. "

"SLEEP INN was perfect for our needs in catching early flight out in morning. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Our previous hotel's pillow were terrible. Grateful for a hot shower and good water pressure...which sometimes you don't get depending on the time of day."
