"A great little place to stay very conveniently located. The owners go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. If f you’re coming to the dunes or have a boat there’s a long gated driveway for your boat or ATV. We have two small dogs the backyard was perfect to let them out. They have the best little coffee bar set up for you. You won’t be disappointed."

The check out is very early compared to other stays and there are check out instructions we were not aware of that are not on VRBO listing which would require you to get up early and start performing. "Although it was a stormy weekend, the house was just perfect for our grandchildren and great grands. There were plenty of comfy beds and toys & games for the kids, as well as a well stocked kitchen for cooking. "When we got to the property the house was cold! We read the instructions carefully for the thermostat but the furnace would come on for about 10 seconds then shut off! After a few cold hour of trying to get it to work I called the number 800-544-0300 and was told they would put in a emergency ticket to get us help!
