"The cabin has a surprisingly well appointed kitchen compared to similar properties. For once I didn't have to go buy some piece of necessary equipment to get basic cooking tasks completed. It's by no means 100% stocked with everything you might need, but if you keep things simple, you should be fine. Maybe bring a sharp knife from home, as the knife set in the block is very low quality and very dull, making some prep difficult and possibly dangerous. "We stayed during the off season, so lots of rain. This a perfect location however and the unit is quite charming and well kept. A good area for your dogs to run (if you have them). Beautiful scenery abounds with a very nice state park right down the road. Would definitely recommend!"

And we loved it's close proximity to the beach.
