The neighborhood is also conveniently located near numerous amenities, including multiple parks and shopping centers, such as the Kildeer Village Square and Deer Park Town Center. When it comes to parking, there are a few options depending on where you're going:
-Free parking in the driveway and 2 car garage.
- If you're parking on the street, be sure to check for any posted signs or restrictions. Some areas may have time limits or be designated for residents only.

Note: While we love and welcome pets, we do have a pet fee of $200. Please add your pet to your reservation before booking
1.OCCUPANCY LIMITS: Occupancy is limited to the number of guests stated on the listing description. Babies under the age of two are not included in this count. 2. STRICT NO PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERING POLICY We enforce a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $1,000 and evicted from the property immediately. Any and all noise must be kept to a minimum each night beginning at 11:00 PM. 3. QUIET HOURS are from 11PM-7AM. No gatherings or loud noises outside of the home at any time. Any event that triggers a noise complaint beyond an acceptable level, will be subject to one warning and if repeated violation occurs a second time a $300 fee will apply, and the reservation will be immediately terminated without a refund. 4. CAMERA DEVICES: Tampering Or breaking the outside CAMERA in any way, including disabling, covering or blocking will result in a $350 maintenance repair fee/violation and immediate eviction from the property without a refund. 5. ZERO Tolerance Policy For: smoking/vaping inside of the home. The reservation will be subject to immediate cancellation and a $500 deep cleaning fee. If evidence of smoking/vaping is found after checkout, an additional $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged. 6. DO NOT leave the front door unlocked or open at any time.
7. EARLY OR LATE CHECKOUTS: On occasions we may be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out for a fee and by request only. There is an $100 unauthorized late checkout fee applied for checkouts later than 11:00AM, cleaning and sanitation crew already have set appointment times to clean and unauthorized late checkouts may impact the following booking.
