"Condo was extremely clean and it gave, a family of 6, room to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked for all our needs. The three floors were a little Difficult as my husband has mobility issues. That’s on me for not paying closer attention."

The furniture was very comfortable. The bikes were a real bonus, as we explored the area and the Bearskin Trail, which goes right into downtown Minocqua. "Everything was exactly as described in Description.Nice bar lodging 1/2 city block, walking distance .Offered Coffee, tea,hot chocolate, rolls ,muffins and alcohol beverages .Female Managers very helpful and informative . My most negative review was our condo number 251 had so much iron in water .Smelly and could not drink it .Coffee not drinkable . Added flavored packets to water and still unpleasant. Need a filtration on kitchen faucet or provide case of water for renters ."

"As soon as we walked in and saw the view of the lake through the back windows we sighed and felt relaxed. We usually stay in Eagle River but decided to change things up and stayed in St Germain. This home is in such a serene location. Great place to kayak or hop on a wave runner or go fishing. The complex is quiet and neighbors were friendly. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need to cook at home. Great coffee shops grocery store and of course ice cream shop just a few minutes...
