"Mostly clean room. Bin hadn’t been emptied of a drink can and there was a ‘toffee pop’ biscuit under the chair. Shared bathroom which I didn’t think I was getting when I booked the room. Poor breakfast choices. Could not access the fire escape from the room as the window only opened about three inches. Frightening safety issue. The room booklet stated the restaurant was closed Monday and a Tuesday when in fact this was not true and had not been updated - I would not be surprised if people ate...

"Wonderful private cabins, with a bedroom, sitting area & kitchen.. Close proximity to the Hamner Thermal Springs & town. Outdoor setting that we enjoyed just before sunset. The kitchen is well equipped to make a meal if you so desire. The staff is friendly & helpful. The accommodation is spotless & comfortable. Highly recommended staying here! "
