"The house was clean and Rumiro was very helpful. We needed a new place ASAP to stay and he was flexible to help us. The only thing I would note if you plan to cook is there aren’t any basic cooking supplies (salt/pepper, spices, oil, etc) which would have been helpful. "The house was very spacious and had some wonderful amenities. The shower and the master was amazing! The lake views are spectacular and a lot of places to hang out and enjoy the outdoors. Sitting on the dock is very serene. Will definitely be back.. also, it's very closely situated to a Publix and a Wawa . "

"We evacuated from the coast during Hurricane Milton and this was the perfect property for us! There was plenty of space for everyone and the pool and foosball tables helped the teens pass the time - they even went in the swimming pool between rain bands! The hosts were so easy to work with and accommodating. They were even kind enough to hook up a generator when the power went out. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious home for their family!"

"We were a group of 6 adults evacuating the west coast of Florida due to hurricane Milton. We had a brief stay but our time there was a sanctuary from the storm. The home was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. Our host, Maria, was very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this home if you visit the beautiful Lake Placid area!"

"My family and I had an amazing stay at the lake house. The sunsets are breathtaking and neighborhood is peaceful. Micheal is an excellent host even before our stay started he was willing to answer all of my annoying questions lol. One tip however, bring bug spray. At no fault of the host the lake gives off a lot of bugs. "
