This relaxing , private and spacious 4 bedroom 2500 sq ft 4 season cottage paradise sleeping eight is ideal for the whole family to enjoy. Just 2 hours north of Toronto.

The cottage is on a lakefront property with 160 ft of prime Muskoka waterfront and set in one acre of well managed grounds.

30 ft dock for mooring or lounging

75 ins smart TV in main living area and wall mounted TVs in 3 bedrooms.

New this year additional lounge upstairs with TV and games.

Fully fitted kitchen with appliances including Wolf 5 burner gas cooktop.

Sit and enjoy a morning coffee with our Breville Expresso Barista Coffee Machine, great way to start the day.

EV car charger.

A large walk out patio with propane BBQ and loads of seating for the whole gang.

We’re located 3 Kms from Baysville, and approximately 16 kms from Bracebridge and Huntsville

Only a short walk or drive to Baysville , where there is an LCBO, grocery store, restaurants, ice cream parlour, the Lake of Bays brewery with outside patio where you can sample locally brewed beers and more!

If you’d like to explore the area consider going to the local marina for boat rentals, get a steam boat tour of Lake of Bays or book a tee time at many of the world class golf courses nearby.
