Haast heritage motel stay over
"This was a heritage motel near Haast. As we drove up it looked a bit dated but when inside we were pleasantly surprised. The interior was rustic and open, the bar was long and well stocked, the food served was good and came in large size, the breakfast was buffet style the choice was large from cold to hot service.
The room was standard motel type but exceptionally clean, the large bed comfortable and well equipped.
Bathroom was large and the shower excellent.
Staff helpful and friendly and a launderette on site."
