Even before check-in she was messaging me prior my arrival asking if I needed special acomodations or requests... She also offered me the "Militaty Rate" once she saw my Military ID upon check-in helping me save some money... Those experiences are the ones who will made me recommend this hotel.... Best place in Overland Park...."
