"The only complaint was having to wait 15 min checking in and 15 min checking out because the person at the front desk had to wait on multiple people and also answer the phone. At one point she had to ask her manager a question and it turned out that the manager was in an office behind the front desk. Seems like maybe the manager could come out and help when it is busy."
