"This is a really well-managed hotel/apartment. The apartment is super spacious, beds are super comfortable, balcony huge, and cupboards are well stocked with crockery and essentials, if you decide to prepare small meals/snacks. "The property is surrounded by trees and one of its buildings has a view - though mostly covered by the trees - to the lake. It should be conducive to a pleasant and peaceful stay but wasn't. In my last week at this property, I was moved to a studio apartment that was literally falling apart - I have pictures. The doors from the cabinets and closet were all misaligned and the plywood cover was peeling off. The coffee table in the living room had a broken leg and seemed to have been glued back...

" If you are visiting Geneva, but would like to stay in the outskirts, this is def the place to go! It is an hour away on the bus. There is the local tpg bus system that runs everyday. It is right around the corner. The area is very quiet and has all the basic amenities needed. It was perfect for a group of 5! "

"The apartment was clean and neat. Staff were friendly. Stay was very comfortable Should have added more plugs. No place to plug on the toaster/kettle. You have to unplug the tv/light to plug them in and keep them on floor The main issue was there was no wifi. We booked through hotels.com who told there was free wifi. But the receptionist told the details were not changed even though it was informed several times."

"This is a decent development in a good location. Unfortunately, the development lacks from an attention to detail in a number of areas, including the fixtures and fittings and the layout of the kitchenette. The swimming pool and sauna were overcrowded. There is a general unclarity whether parking, wifi, towels and sheets are included or excluded from the rental, with staff at the front-desk not being able to provide clarity."

"For 250 euros a night this isn't good value for money, the apartments are run down with old and sometimes broken furniture. On the plus side they are spacious, but you are expected to make your own beds and strip them all after your stay as well as clean the apartment and this wasn't clear in the booking. For 250 euros a night, I would have expected a higher standard of accommodation and service. There is also no reception staff available on Sundays which makes check out challenging with bedding...

"Not at all as expected from the description. We had a room which was tiny for a twin, no fridge, cooking, table or tea/coffee facilities. Bathroom was semi-decaying but more spacious. Carpets looked 20 or more years old. When we arrived we were given linen and towels to make our own beds (unserviced) during stay. This is not a hotel! "Location is ideal, staff helpful and friendly. Pool & jacuzzi a little on the cold side - Disappointed that you had to pay for the steam room. Rooms were great and the shower/bath were brill - warm and comfortable. Boot room was great but lacking a bit of seating and was always wet on the floor - the lockers needed hooks. " Very clean and nicely built modern property. We loved the design of the one bedroom apartment with dish washer, washer dryer, kitchenette, dining table, fridge and utensils. We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed. Train station is 5 min walk and hotel gives transport card. Only issue is there is no direct phone line to the front desk. But overall an excellent experience. "

"Parking is a pain and expensive! We were without any luggage all four days. Desk staff was highly variable in their help. Some were sympathetic and helpful, others did not care. Food was excellent. Breakfast is well worth the price, as was the restaurant in the basement. "

"We had a lovely 3-night stay at the Royal Plaza Montreux. It was an easy walk from the Montreux station (also easy to get a taxi if you have a lot of luggage and don’t want to walk). We walked to the Christmas market, which was wonderful! It was also an easy walk to the shopping district, which had tons of shopping and restaurants. In addition, the bus was super easy to use, goes right by the hotel, and takes you to shopping as well as Chillon castle. The hotel breakfast on the main floor was lovely, with plenty of options. The hot buffet on the lower level was also very good with a ton of options. But perhaps the best thing was the gorgeous view of the lake and the mountains from the hotel lobby!"
