"The staff gave me their friendship. In the times I have shared in Ole-Ken, my daily coming and going was uplifting. I deeply enjoyed the handshakes with the smiles. The verbal greetings were always there with enthusiasm and sincerity. I do not need to go to Ole-Ken to be encouraged, to be comfortable, to be satisfied, but it always occurs. Asante sana!"

"Getting to the property was tough, very tough but so worth it. I was lucky enough to go outside of the wet season but it was still hard. The facility itself is beautiful and the food is delicious. The staff is beyond kind and helpful. The shower though, it hardly worked and water went everywhere. Booking online on their direct site was giving us a challenge until we booked through Expedia and from here we had no issues. There is not fitness room so that was sad and no iron. "The staff was super helpful. They got taxis for me, did my laundry, polished my shoes, reminded me of the breakfast hours. The hotel was incredibly clean as was my room. The food was delicious. I could not have been more pleased."

Unforgettable experience

Limo the manager was very helpful, and together with his team were all very welcoming, very professional and accomodating. The hotel is located in the middle of the National park and overlooks Lake Nakuru and the hills around, giving a serene view. The rooms have an elongated glass on the side that allows the guests to have that nature view from the comfort of their beds. Each meal had a different menu, providing a nice variety. The staff at the dining were all amazing and very accommodating for the guests that had special dietary needs. During our last meal they surprised us with a beautiful cake to bid us farewell, and we really felt special. We cannot recommend the hotel enough. It is truly a gem, and will definitely be coming back and spreading the word. I would recommend guests to call the hotel to get information regarding the park fees and transportation beforehand, to make the whole experience unforgettable. "
