"When we arrived our original accommodation was no longer available due to essential work going on. Hotel upgraded us to a de luxe room with lake view, and gave us 7 days of full English breakfasts, all at no extra charge. Excellent staff! Friendly and approachable. Made every effort to turn situation round. "

"My wife and I stayed in the Wall Street apartment on 5/6 September. Overall we enjoyed our stay and found the apartment comfortable and well equipped…really large and comfortable bed, great shower, 2x large TVs with Netflix and prime (good for rainy evenings), and a well equipped kitchen area. "Excellent stay at the Lonsdale House apartments, very modern apartments finished to the highest standards. Situated in the heart of town close to numerous bars and restaurants we could not fault our stay with Neil and the team. We will definitely be staying at the Lonsdale again."

"Nice caravan, situated close to all amenities, if you have stayed in a Haven Park before this caravan would be classed as a Bronze accommodation, to give you the comparison if you were to book your stay with Haven direct. Weather was great, park very busy with the weekend campers (tents) this area was packed, kids play park was a free for all, I would say too small for the amount of families staying onsite, wonder what the middle of summer holidays would be like when all caravans and camping...
