I appreciated Brian’s timeliness of clear and kind communication (such as providing check-in instructions a couple of days before our arrival date, replying to my updates regarding our ETA and the following morning’s update, and follow-up after checking out). The amenities and supplies were above & beyond any other VRBO that I have stayed. The communication, decor, and amenities made us feel so welcomed. We are already planning our next trip."
