"We were very happy with the quality and cleanliness of the property. Everything was very nicely presented and new. The beds and bedding were very nice and comfortable. The location is amazing with outdoor sitting and a private dock on the River. We look forward to coming back and staying again"

Air fryer, hot plate, pot, pan, dishes, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Comfy bed and pillows, plenty of towels, hair dryers etc. Loved having the grill to make some steaks, loved the firepit (that someone else had lit and had going), and the view could not be beat. "We stayed here for a quick family R&R and it was perfect, this spot is an absolute gem. The water is so clean and warm, great coffee shop right next door and you can float down the river. The check-in process & communication could use some work but the host said that it was the VRBO platform issue so not much they could do on their end. We will definitely be back here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a clean, well equipped waterfront accommodation!"
