"This home is fabulous. Three large bedrooms, each with its own bath, plus a large bunk room with its own bath - plus a pool room and a ping pong room. Short walk into town.This has to be one of the best places in Lake Placid for a large family."

"The home is above and beyond! The views, the layout the hot tub, all of it. Immaculate. Leo went above and beyond to drop off a celebratory engagement gift. This trip was over the moon & we cant wait to come back to the chalet many more times as it now has stole our hearts! Thank You Leo for being an amazing host!"

"Everything was easy about our stay: the location was ideal to pop over to the VIC for some XC skiing; kitchen was adequately set with pans, tools, etc.; easy trips to Saranac Lake and Lake Placid for restaurants.The big surprise was the AMAZING sunrise views of Whiteface and the MacKenzie Mountains."

"This was my first hiking trip in the Adirondacks and this little house was just perfect for my visit. All the comforts of home from the welcoming living room to the nicely stocked kitchen to the beautiful outdoor setting. Very quiet neighborhood in the woods but easy to get to the places I wanted to explore. About a 20 minute drive to Lake Placid. Enjoyed the gas fireplace! Can’t wait to come back next fall because there is so much to do in this area! "

"the cabin we stayed at was exactly as the description provided by the owners (100% accurate). what a great place to come back to after a wonderful, but hard day of hiking up Wright Peak in the High Peaks. Clean, comfortable, and a hot shower with good water pressure especially appreciated! So was having a keurig coffee maker, stocked with coffee fixin's! thank you!"

"My husband and I stayed in the Balsam Cabin with two of our dogs. We were there on a last vacation with my oldest dog. It was a great place, very dog friendly and easily accessed by my Sr. dog. We took some great pictures out in back of the cabin which I loved. Close to Olympic training center, short drive to Mirror Lake plenty to do around and great places to eat. Cabins were clean and homey. Check in was a breeze. Will definitely stay again"

"There is nothing fancy about the house, but it was perfect for our needs. The kitchen had all appliances, silverware, plates, pots that one might need and the location was close to a lot of good hiking and the VIC. It was great to have the kayaks and dock on the property -- Lake Clear Outlet is very peaceful without a lot of houses and the current/wind is more manageable than when you kayak on a big lake. We had one small problem with the diverter not working in the shower in the morning but...

"Location and space was great! Due to winter conditions an entry rug or mop would have made our stay better since salt and dirt was hard to clean up."

"It was a beautiful property and staff was very helpful and welcoming! Breakfast was not included and not delicious. We will stay here again but will not eat IN. Would be fun for summer since there is an ice cream shop next door! Flower Lake was gorgeous. "

"9/10*, Super. Clean, looks brand new, easy parking, great customer service, especially front desk staff, and especially “Maansi’ who checked us in, such a helpful girl, she was a great support with our requests, the hotel is close to main street, our room with balcony was pretty spacious. Super close to an awesome Indian restaurant “ Heritage Indian Grill’ which we loved, loved and dined at 3 times. Wished the hotel included complimentary breakfast otherwise its 10/10, We Loved our 4 night stay there! Thank you, Thank you Cambria!! "

"The room was extremely clean and it was very quiet. The bed was sooo comfortable and I slept well. The shower water was hot and that’s a plus for me. Towels and clothes were plentiful and clean. My ONLY complaint was the breakfast. Not a lot of options and the food was not good at all. I just ate at the local McDonalds! Other than that. I had a WONDERFUL STAY! 9/10. Would recommend! "
