Condo itself needs a few fixes: TV remote missing and no Tv instructions, silverware was sparse and blinds to balcony need repair or replace. "We stayed here for 5 days. Overall impression was good. Could use some better lighting through out the unit. Maybe switch to some LED lighting. We were the only ones staying there at first then someone else checked in above us. Noise became a issue for us. It is a great location with the river running beside it. You can walk the entire town with ease. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give it a 7 "
