I like that the staff greeted me upon arrival and fulfilled any request that I had the neatness of the rooms was a plus only thing that I honestly can say I didn’t like was the rust at the bottom of the tub

We were there for the night to see a comedy. The room was clean. definitely needs updating in. The air condition was obviously set for them so you could not set. It was slightly warm in there.

Traveling with my family across country and booked this hotel ahead of time. Hotel didn’t notify me until checking in at 2am that the power would be out in the morning. This is a massive inconvenience cause this was a day we had planned on resting up and leaving later in the morning, instead we had to get up at 5am so we could shower and get ready. We are now exhausted and this has put a massive damper on our trip. Horrible guest service, you should have notified all guests of this outage. I work in hotels and that was poorly done. Hotel room was dirty and stains on sheets, AC wasn’t functioning properly. Just overall not a good time at all. Wouldn’t recommend.

The room was clean, the breakfast was nice and the staff was friendly. This was not bad for a 2-star hotel. However, I prefer to have the luxury of hotels or the experience thereof.

The staff was really nice. Breakfast was average. We booked through Expedia and we did not get the room we paid for because it was already booked and the hotel wouldn’t give us our money back. The hallway was 83 degrees and her reason was “heat rises” ok I know this but the unit in the hallway wasn’t working. The unit in our room kept it barely comfortable and when I say “comfortable” I mean we could have slept without blankets. I wasn’t very impressed and I won’t be staying there again but they staff was very nice until I said something about the unit in the hallways then I knew it was pointless to bring anything else that wasn’t right to her attention. Definitely wasn’t worth $160.00

Musty, toilet leaking water on floor, TV Volume broken, only can get 2 towels at a time. When called desk, they stated there was nothing they could do about my issues. No credit, no refund, just deal with the issues. Also not in best part of town. Pass this place by. Spend a little more and go somewhere else.
