They kindly allowed my older dog to tag along and it was really nice to let her roam and be able to stay somewhere with character, access to farm animals, fresh eggs (thank you Kathleen!) and beautiful views. "Attached at the rear to the 'big' house I felt a little upstairs downstairs! Loved the gardens, chooks, donkeys and outside spaces. No fuss check-in after we determined it wasn't 4pm as shown but 2pm. Recommend for city dwellers who want a taste of the farm life."

"Loved our little stay at number 3! Excellent set up, very clean, everything you need for a very comfortable stay! Very close to town, for walking home from the pub! Will come again "

"Peaceful and quiet. Kitchen fully equipped including glad wrap and foil. Bed was so comfortable. Fire was warm. Darren property manager was great nothing was too much trouble. Beau the horse trained us every morning he came for his carrots and back again in the afternoon. Donkeys paid a visit as well."

"Perfect place to unplug and enjoy peace & quiet. Very comfortable & spacious accomodation with privacy. Warm & cozy in the cooler months with the fireplace, and heaters. There was no need to leave the property for the short stay, which meant making the most of the quality time to just unwind,"

"Beautiful location, highway is close by. Place is cute but lacks the attention to detail, no bin, tea towels or washing up cloths. Despite the fact we booked for 3 there was no linen or towel for the 3rd guest. It would be good for a couple."

"I really enjoyed staying in Waratah Cottage, excellent facilities set amongst productive gardens, near to Goulburn but wonderfully quiet with thecsounds of birds to wake up to. The supplied home grown honey was an added bonus."
