It wasn’t new, but the room was large, clean and well equipped. The shower was one of the best we’ve had anywhere. After a long day driving we decided on room service for a relaxing dinner and had a really delicious beef burger and chips delivered quickly and nice and hot.

Walked up the steps that need to be painted. Put a key that did not turn very well in the lock and then walked into Grans place or the den of quickies. Some very strange black dangling string for sheers. Gigantic bathroom with a tiny shower. All the fittings are from when it was built with lots of paint. Could be so much more. It’s just a cash cow for the owners.

The room was tastefully renovated. Good firm mattress. Nice bar and restaurant with great food and reasonably priced. The management were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

This was a great place to stay, at a great price. The welcome at reception was very friendly, the staff clearly know their stuff and love their jobs. Rooms were spotlessly clean and serviced very well. It's a little far out of the main part of town if you don't have a car but hey...it's a motor inn! The restaurant was often full and I hear the food was fantastic (although I didn't personally eat there). Would definitely recommend.
