The biggest issue was that we visited during the off-season, and it would have been helpful if we had been informed in advance that the restaurant, pool, and activities would be closed. "The hotel staff was lovely, but the manager not so great. Whilst it is a new hotel, there are evidently teething problems. It poses itself as having many restaurants, yet these are nearly impossible to book due to the terrible booking system. You'll have to either complain or provide tips if you want any chance of securing other restaurants other than the buffet. Other hotels comparable to this one are better. For the price point you're probably better off choosing another hotel."

"Booked last minute after my flight home was cancelled at boarding. Nice hotel not too far from the airport. Very cheap given it was out of season. Breakfast was included but given the late arrival I opted for more sleep. The staff were excellent, particularly the guy at the front desk on arrival who helped us print out new boarding passes to save queueing at the airport."
