Fireside Lodge - Walk to Village

GREAT LOCATION. The Fireside Lodge is conveniently located in Burnt Mill Canyon walking distance to the Lake Arrowhead Village and. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths spread out on two levels with tons of deck space to enjoy the outdoors. The Fireside Lodge was built in 1978 and has 1,330 sq.ft. on two levels. With our permission guest can use the trails and the water around the lake. No Beach Club access We Allow pets

Inside, the upper level has a great open floor plan with a kitchen open to the family room that boasts a huge wood burning ledger stack stone fireplace. The kitchen has hickory cabinets, black granite counter tops, ledger stacked stone/glass backsplash with under-counter lights and stainless steel appliances throughout. The large family room has a flat screen TV above the custom made natural timber mantel. Adjacent to the kitchen/family room is a pool table and dining area all part of the same open great room. The family room sofa has a pull-out bed. The upper level has 2 guest rooms and 2 bathrooms. Guest room 1 has a bunk bed with a queen size bed on the bottom and a full size bed on top (sleeps 4). Guest room 2 has a queen bed. A spiral staircase takes you down to the lower level master bedroom that has king size bed and its own attached bathroom with views of the forest. Master bedroom has a flat screen TV. Laundry closet on the lower level with a stacked washer/dryer.

Outside: Long driveway with room for 3-4 cars. Tons of deck space for outdoor entertainment. Stone BBQ area with concrete counter tops

The Fireside Lodge has central heat, but no air conditioning.

Guest are now allowed to access the trails and the shore around the beach club.

* NOTE: The Arrowhead Lake Association (ALA) prohibits non-members from accessing the two ALA beach clubs, the gated Arrowhead Lake perimeter trail, ALA member-owned docks on Lake Arrowhead, and Grass Valley Park unless accompanied by an ALA member. All guests can still enjoy the lake at Lake Arrowhead Village, book a boat tour on the Arrowhead Queen, and visit other lakes, parks, and trails in the area *
CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00 PM / CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 AM


Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM on every reservation. Do not arrive early to the property, interrupting our cleaning staff. We will provide you with a code to the lock and the alarm, so there is no need to pick up keys or meet someone at the property. An additional charge will be added for any non-approved late check-outs ($50 per hour).


MAX OCCUPANCY: There is a maximum occupancy of 10 guests at all cabins at Lake Arrowhead (children under the age of 2 don't count). We are unable to allow our guests to exceed this county ordinance and any non-compliance will result in a fine paid by guest up to $500. We cannot allow non-compliance to put our permit in jeopardy.


SECURITY MONITORING: Please note that camera surveillance is used at the exterior and entrance of some of our properties for security use and management of our property. I understand that Arrowhead Retreats may conduct video surveillance of the exterior of its premises at any time, and that video cameras may be used in order to help promote the safety and security of property and guests. I hereby give my consent to such video surveillance.


EARLY DEPARTURE/EVICTION POLICY: NO REFUNDS for early departure and/or eviction in any circumstance.


LATE DEPARTURE WITHOUT APPROVAL: If you have not vacated the premises by 11:00 am without prior approval for a later check-out time, you will be charged $50 per hour.



NO SMOKING POLICY: All of our properties are non-smoking. There will be a $200.00 cleaning fee added if this rule is broken. Smoking is permitted outside only.


PET POLICY: Some of our properties allow pets. The pet fee is $75.00. It is the guest's responsibility to notify Arrowhead Retreats if you are bringing a pet.


BELONGINGS: We are not responsible for any belongings left behind after departure. Please make sure you check for all belongings before you depart the property.


TRASH - We provide trash cans outside the home that we will haul away for you. All trash must be removed from the home at time of departure and put in the trash cans provided.


NOISE DISTURBANCES - Please be respectful of all neighbors. Noise travels easily in the mountains & we require that our guests be respectful of the full-time residents that live nearby. Quiet time is from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. If we receive any complaints, we will attempt to contact you once to request that you reduce the level of noise before the Sheriff is called. If the noise continues after being warned you may be evicted from the property without any refund.


WEATHER CONDITIONS - Guests are responsible for checking driving and weather forecasts in preparation for mountain conditions at various times of year, including, but not limited to: fog, wind, rain, storms or snow requiring tire chains, etc. We do not refund due to weather conditions, road closures, driver's abilities or vehicle limitations.


THEFT OR DAMAGE - In the event of theft from or damage to the property caused during my stay, I authorize Pacific Properties Asset Management Corporation (DBA Arrowhead Retreats), upon inspection, to notify me and charge my credit card for up to $5,000 to cover repair or replacement of property.


To avoid any additional charges, upon check out:


a) No damage is done to cabin or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. Cabin is to be left in good condition, just requiring a standard cleaning.

b) No charges are incurred due to damage from pets or smoking during the stay.

c) All trash is placed in outdoor trash cans, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cycle started to be cleaned before departure or hand cleaned if no dishwasher.

d) No linens, household contents or kitchenware is lost or damaged.


RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT.

Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its management company, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses and other liabilities, including attorneys' fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual.


WARNING: Use of hot tub, docks, kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, exercise equipment, BBQ’s and/or fireplaces carries risk that may result in serious injury or death, and unsupervised use by children is prohibited. All persons must wear life vests when using a kayak, canoe or paddleboard on the lake. Elderly persons, pregnant ladies, infants and anyone subject to heart disease, diabetes, low or high blood pressure, strokes, epilepsy or similar afflictions should not enter a spa alone and without consulting their physician. Never use a spa, kayak, canoe or paddle board while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If you are taking medication of any kind, or being treated for any illness, consult your physician prior to use of spa. Spa should be kept at a temperature less than 104 degrees for personal safety. DO NOT WALK ON SPA COVER or it will collapse. Supervise children at all times to decrease risk of injury or drowning. Agreeing to these terms and conditions, guest assumes full responsibility for risk of bodily injury, death or property damage.
