The staff and host were very responsive and easy to interact with, especially Tricia, Nick, and Mackenzie, and we had every amenity we could think of. "The cabin was as expected but very upset that the refrigerator froze all of my fresh fruits and vegetables, eggs, etc. Complained at the front desk and really got no response other than they would let the manager know. Also had our boat torn up on the docks due to high winds. Although the resort certainly cannot control the weather, putting bumpers or hanging a tire over the metal poles would have saved us considerable damage.
