"Booked in to this property, got a confirmation email and when I got there it was shut!!!"

"Arrivés en cours de nuit (4h30 matin) et bien que nuit déjà réglée (3 au total) nous n'étions pas attendus...chambre non faite (pas de papier toilette, lit non préparé, pas de nécessaire pour se laver ni serviettes...). Pas d'eau chaude le matin, pas bonne propreté générale. Suite échange le matin avec couple franco vietnamien après petit déjeuner (café, pain, 2 œufs) longuement attendu même expérience pour eux et incompréhension de la note 10 (1 seul voyageur). "This place was great all around. The owners were super friendly and accommodating, the place was brand new, clean, and spacious. It was removed from the street so it was more quiet than other places. All in all, we were grateful we found it, especially after having stayed in a couple of other places in Da Lat."

When I stepped in the apartment, got screamed by a dude in the kitchen telling me to take off my shoes.
