"Staff were brilliant. Breakfast was so good- so much choice. Close to Aldi the tram that takes you into centre. The Turkish restaurant (Istanbul restaurant the 2 local Greek restaurants are really good and decent value for money. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and the chef was such a good character - always offered us a choice of eggs/checked our breakfast was ok and spoke to us gave great recommendations. Absolutely brilliant for our visit to the Zag arena where we watched a concert and trams are very frequent to and from the hotel stop"

"No complimentary tea or coffee in room, no lotion, no conditioner, no sandals. Intercom was not working for the period I stayed there. Strange that breakfast was charged separately for the amount I paid. The gym had only 3 cardio equipment (treadmill and two bicycles). I didn’t even attempt to use the gym. The restaurant made good food for dinner though. "
