Find Hotels with smoking rooms in Lahore

"I booked three nights stay at Hotel One Down Town. When i arrived on the 23rd Jan, i was showed two rooms. One room was completely submerged with cigarette smoke (Room 302), the second room (309) which was shown to us had mud dust all over the front room. I informed the receptionist straight away. The hotel refused to give refund saying hotels.com would do that. They also refused to transfer the booking to another facility of theirs. Hotels.com contacted the hotel again, but hotel refused...

"Rude hotel staff, ac’s dont work. The power goes out for more then 10 minutes at a time, multiple times, luggage boy questioning wether my wife and i had a booking, what our room number was, and other unnecessary questions that did not concern anyone. Horrible hotel for the price, i would pay more to stay somewhere else then ever stay here again. Knowing this is Pakistan and no one will take any action but still…"
