Find Hotel with a Concierge in Lahore

"I booked three nights stay at Hotel One Down Town. When i arrived on the 23rd Jan, i was showed two rooms. One room was completely submerged with cigarette smoke (Room 302), the second room (309) which was shown to us had mud dust all over the front room. I informed the receptionist straight away. The hotel refused to give refund saying hotels.com would do that. They also refused to transfer the booking to another facility of theirs. Hotels.com contacted the hotel again, but hotel refused...
