Outdoor pool was not heated so extremely cold for swimming Indoor pool was fabulous with adjoining sauna and steam rooms but would work out very expensive at 22 euros for 2 hours. She went out of her way to make our stay more difficult than it needed to be and was constantly quoting regulations and insurance policies to justify her lack of customer service. Considering we were there for a wedding and booked almost the entire hotel, I feel she could have been much more welcoming."

"Upon arrival the doors were locked and other customers were waiting to check-in...not exactly the way to run a hotel! We called two telephone numbers posted on the front door and finally received a response that someone was coming to open up. Wallpaper was peeling profusely off the walls in our assigned room and the metal work outside our widow was well rusted. We shared the mostly cold room (no temperature controls) with a few resident insects. This place has hopefully seen better days. I...
