"Staff needs to provide specific instructions to travelers not staying in the same building as the registration desk, rather than pointing in a general direction and rattling off the building name. Staff needs to be aware that some travelers are not familiar with the campus and building names, maybe writing the name of the building would be helpful. Same for access to WiFi service, instructions are incorrect, instructing guests to log into a service that according to the front desk rep. does not exist. Staff seemed annoyed to have to explain the proper WiFi service and log in procedures. When attempting to login to the WiFi service, note states you have to enter an access code, which is actually the password (without a space, which was not clear either). "

"My room was very clean. I was greeted with a genuine smile. The baby blue bathroom brougjt me back to the 70's and I loved it. I missed breakfast, so that was a bummer. I got there at 10:30am, but they were cleaning up. I would recommend it. "

"It was an absolutely beautiful cabin hard to get to so the directions should be changed because it takes through the back side in order to get into the location and then you end up having to turn around because you end up in a corn field in the middle of the night and that's a little rugged no TVs in any of the rooms. Other than that our stay was amazing. Very clean everything equipped inside. You just had to get your own food and stuff. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and hope to be back"
