This fully equipped duplex apartment offers stunning ocean views on "Meia-praia" beach from its private rooftop terrace.
It's perfectly situated within walking distance to both CityCenter (350m from Santa-Maria Church) and beach (400m from "Praia da Batata").
You'll enjoy the fantastic swimming pool and the relaxing atmosphere of the historical scenery and condo architecture (a rehabilitation of 19th century manor house) also integrating the original city walls.
Free street parking possible.
You will love the sunrise which is truly spectacular from your private rooftop terrace or the condo pool! The apartment has an entrance, an open kitchen, a living room with 1 double sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a king bed (1.8 m large), 1 bathroom, 1 toilet and is fully equipped. There is airco, WiFi, a flat-screen satellite TV, safe deposit box, washing machine, a fully supplied kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave. Bedlinen and towels are provided. Please note it is a duplex with stairs.
