Good clean rental would have been nice. To have a small welcome pack as we arrived late. Nice people great pool and good restaurants all around

It was overall good . Nice apartment and fine area and pool. The beds where at bit too hard for us so it was difficult to sleep well. Close to foodstore and restaurants and the see.

Apartamento sem conforto e nada acolhedor mobília muito antiga e danificada, não possuía serviços de Ethernet, não tinha ar condicionado, cadeiras da piscina partidas, televisão ainda com tdt e só com os canais nacionais, frigorífico muito antigo e barulhento, porta principal em madeira toda empenada a raspar no chão era inevitável o vizinho não saber a que horas saia ou entrava em casa, apartamento sem ar condicionado muito mas mesmo muito quente, etc…

Familiendomizil
Die Häuser sind super für eine kleine Familie oder auch nur zu zweit. Es sind genügend Terrassen vorhanden, die man zu jeder Zeit nutzen kann. Der Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar und wunderschöne Strände befinden sich in direkter Umgebung. Wir würden wiederkommen! Ein absolut entspannter und erholsamer Urlaub.

Urbanización muy agradable...con dos piscinas estupendas una de adultos y otra de niños.a la casa le faltaría el aire acondicionado...y la wifi no obstante es muy recomendable.lo hemos pasado. Fenomenal

Älteres, aber schönes Feriendomizil mit riesigem Pool
Die Ferienanlage ist schon etwas älter, aber ich fand sie sehr großzügig und schön, vor allem der überdurchschnittlich große Pool. Da wir Anfang Juni da waren, war es auch noch nicht sehr voll. Das Apartment war gepflegt, frisch gestrichen und in der Küche war das Meiste da, was man brauchte. Über das Treppenhaus kommt man auf eine Dachterasse, von der man einen schönen Blick auf die Anlage und etwas auf das Meer hat und auf der auch ein Grill steht. Das Badezimmer hat leider kein Außenfenster, aber für uns als 3-köpfige Familie ging es gut. Während unseres 11-tägigen Aufenthaltes wurde die Wohnung 2 x gereinigt. Der Vermieter Jose, ist sehr sympatisch und bemüht, einem alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Er spricht kaum Englisch, aber seine Tochter spricht es sehr gut. Die wurde bei schwierigeren kommunikationen angerufen. Zum Strand und zum Supermarkt ist es nicht weit und es gibt auch ein paar Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und kommen gerne wieder.

BEL APPARTEMENT CADRE IDEAL
Appartement situé prés de la plage à proximité il y a un supermarché à 5-10 mn à pieds. La résidence est calme, les piscines au top peu de fréquentation même en plein mois d'août !L'appartement est propre il y a un service de chambre et de linge de maison au minimum une fois par semaine. L appartement dispose d'une terrasse dans l'appartement et d'une grande terrasse privée sur le toit juste magnifique pour les barbecues....Le propriétaire Mr Domingues est à l'écoute, disponible réactif et de bons conseils. Je recommande vivement cet appartement car on y a passé d'excellentes vacances on y retournera c'est sur...

Fantastic holiday - perfect 😊 N'hésitez pas! Parfait.
I would like to thank José for our stay in his lovely villa. The drive from Faro airport is less than 45 minutes and very straightforward . The villa is easy to find and the photos on the website don't do it justice. I'll try to add some more to show how pretty it is. On arrival the cleaning team welcomed us, one of whom spoke fluent English and was warm and friendly. The apartment was clean and homely with two comfortable decent sized bedrooms, a small kitchen and a large lounge, dining room and two balconies. Above the apartment there is a roof terrace equipped with a BBQ & stunning sea views. Most evenings were spent up here staring at the stars! The area is quiet, and the people respectful. The pool was gorgeous, we often had it to ourselves with it getting busier towards mid afternoon - but never too busy. Pool sun loungers also provided by apartment. Our beds and towels were changed half way through the week and the apartment was cleaned. Fabulous. Beach, bars, restaurants & supermarket within walking distance - all very easy & convenient. José doesn't speak much English but his daughter does and they are very good at communicating - very responsive and caring. We managed to lock ourselves out one evening and José was with us within 20 minutes - still smiling and kind despite being called away from his family. I would highly recommend a stay here for a easy, totally relaxed holiday. There's plenty to do in the area, aqua parks , beaches, bigger cities nearby. This is a beautiful part of the Algarve and so convenient to the airport ! Obrigado José Karroumi Family N'hesitez pas! Super apartment, Très aceuillant. Il faut absolument passer une semaine au minimum ici.

Adorámos! Queremos lá voltar!
Foi uma das melhores casas onde estive de férias. O caminho para a praia faz-se bem a pé (tenho 3 crianças entre os 3 e os 7), as piscinas têm uma óptima qualidade, o jardim é muito bom, com muitas sombras, para aquelas horas em que temos de fugir do sol e a casa é agradável. Não houve qualquer problema, ao que muito ajudou o facto de o responsável pelo aluguer estar sempre disponível. Sara Oliveira

Excelente Aldeamento de ferias
Esta empresa foi me recomendada através de amigos, já fiquei alojada vários anos, empregadas e proprietário muito simpáticos. Proprietário sempre disponível para resolver qualquer situação. Apartamentos muito bem limpos, um serviço cinco estrelas. Para quem tem crianças, pode estar á vontade tem um extenso jardim para poderem brincar. Aconselho o restaurante Vilarinho mesmo na praia da Sra. da Rocha, e o Veleiro. Fiz um excelente passeio ás grutas onde comemos uma excelente sardinhada. Recomendo este Aldeamento, bem como esta empresa.

A Alsilmar Lda. é uma empresa conhecida pela sua qualidade de serviços. Conheço a gerência á vários anos e tenho a dizer que em termos de disponibilidade, simpatia, boa qualidade de serviços é uma empresa que tem vindo a dar cartas no ramo do arrendamento. Estive nesta moradia e este ano espero vir a conseguir passar uma semana neste local, muito sossegado, com piscina, a praia encontra se a poucos metros . Excelente aldeamento para férias, tranquilissimo
Em Julho de 2014, estive neste aldeamento, onde fui muito bem recebida, pelo proprietário, casa em excelentes condições, limpeza impecável, proprietário muito atencioso e sempre atento para resolver qualquer imprevisto. Voltarei este ano de 2015 para mais uma excelente estadia nesta moradia.

Sejour en famille très agréable, appartement bien situé, grande piscine bien entretenue, propriétaire très gentil et disponible. Le supermarché est a à peine 10 minutes à pied, la mer également mais la route est en pente mais largement faisable. Je recommande cette location qui est tout à fait conforme à la description. Armacao de pera est a 5 minutes à peine en voiture et albufeira a 15-20 minutes.
