"Everything was as described, and more! It’s a ways out of the way, but we have our own transport that looked great in the pic with the cabin! What you can’t see from the pics easily is that there’s dual HVAC up and downstairs so making the place your favorite temperature is quick and painless. There’s also a new fridge in the storage room, so that was great for our grocery delivery! Yes, Walmart delivers here from the Gallatin store!If I had to pick at one thing it would be the mattresses, but I’m super picky and have a terrible back problem, so I can’t hold that against them! Overall, we were able to slow life down for a while, enjoy hearing the birds and seeing the deer graze, and get a break from the fast pace of life. Scores a 10/10 of great places we’ve stayed. "

" The Eagle Mountain Cabin’s setting is truly magical, and the view is gorgeous! We loved sitting on the deck, listening to the wind in the trees and the many birds! The quiet, relaxing atmosphere is special. The cabin is spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The hosts are responsive. It’s a great place to rest, unwind, and visit local communities. We especially enjoyed the old general store in Granville. Highest recommendation!"

"Area is great for fishing. Water was 30 feet above summer pool. If water was closer to normal depth, this part of the lake would be ideal for bass, crappie, catfish, and any panfish you might be fishing for."

"Our family was in town for the passing of a family member. This beautiful house allowed our family to retreat to grieve together in peace and quiet. The home is very well taken care of and kitchen was very appropriately stock with utilities! The sceneries were beautiful from dawn to dusk. Thank you for a wonderful experience."
