"I requested a handicapped room and was given a regular room. My husband fell twice in shower because there was no hand rails or mat. Tub was very slippery. When I went to front to ask for more towels I was told that they did have access to the towels and house keeping was gone. There was mold all over the walls and ceiling. The toilet was unsafe. There was roaches crawling everywhere "

"Stayed for one night. The room was fairly clean and I found the bed very comfortable (I like firm mattresses). I had a kitchenette in my room and everything worked as it should. The only downside is that I saw three small roaches in the kitchen area and bathroom. Despite that, I would likely stay here again."

"The people on the desk(Lovie) did there level best to help us. I am not neccesarily a picky person, willing to overlook a lot. But, the first room by a mistake was not non smoking, and reeked beyond what Febreze could handle, second room was some what better, except the drain in the shower would not drain, the third room, the shower worked, quite shabby,worn out comes to mind, the bed was made up, pillows missing pillow cases, had to go request towels..The pool was not open and looked very...
