"The hotel is very nice, with an excellent gym. There are, however, a couple of things we found disappointing: first, the bed was really uncomfortable—the worst we’ve encountered in years. Second, there wasn’t very good communication about items such as what was expected of us in terms cleaning (eg taking out recycling), or how things worked in the hotel (eg are towels provided at the pool-yes). On the plus side: it was really clean, has a great location, and was well appointed. "

"The condo was immaculate and the open floor plan made it feel very roomy and comfortable for our family of 5. The beds were extremely comfortable and after exploring Vancouver, Whistler, and Cypress Mountain during the days and evenings, those beds were very much appreciated:) Having coffee in the mornings on the balcony was a wonderful way to get the day started too. "Nice, fully functional unit with access to pool, hot tub, sauna and gym on site. Close proximity to seawall/beach avenue walk, Granville Island, West End, Downtown and Yaletown amenities.Good communication with host, however, instructions on use of fob codes to enter garage were never given and we had to ask another resident for help who happened to be driving in behind us. He was understandably wary of our situation but ended up assisting us."

"My husband and I really enjoyed this property. The building is a little run down, but the rooms are spacious and the front desk people were very friendly. It’s a short walk to denman st where there’s so many cool shops and restaurants, as well as really close to Stanley park. Highly recommend!!"
