"Montcuq is such a pretty place and this is a lovely house to stay in. The house is just a few minutes walk to a fantastic boulangerie and you can wander to restaurants and cafes and watch the world go by, all without having to drive. The house is spacious and nicely decorated, with everything you can think of for a great stay. It has a massive garden and outbuildings, so perfedt for a family. We will return, but with the whole family, as there's so many areas to relax in. A real find."

"Si la maison se trouve dans un cadre idyllique avec un court de tennis, en revanche, un ensemble de manquements et de dysfonctionnements nous ont gâché le séjour... Outre le manque de propreté et des toiles d'araignée, il manquait des verres (Obligé d'en acheter), il y avait qu'un seul parasol (Autour de la table) et aucun autour de la piscine (Difficile d'en profiter..). "La région est superbe et nous avons fait beaucoup de marche et de visites. Nous avons apprécié le gîte et l'accueil du propriétaire. Les T° ne nous ont pas permis de profiter de la piscine mais il y a tant à faire que ce n'est pas grave! Le gîte contient tous les équipements nécéssaires et est fidèle à la description. "

"Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans cette maison. Elle est spacieuse (nous étions 9), confortable, calme et propre. La terrasse et piscine sont très agréable aussi et l’accueil chaleureux. Le village de St Martin est magnifique et très bien situé. Il y a aussi un excellent restaurant à deux pas que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous reviendrons ! "

"The property is dated and in need of some TLC, there are things within the property that do not work such as the TV, the channel box was broken when we arrived, in spite of reporting the fault it was never fixed, there are multiple extension cords around the property, not sure if it meets basic health and safety standards. "Très beau séjour entre amis grâce à Alex et Sébastien qui furent des hôtes de choix. Le domaine comprend un bâtiment dortoir, une annexe plus intimiste, une grande grange aménagée en salle de soirée et est accompagné de tous les équipements de loisir imaginables : cours de tennis, piscine, ping pong, baby foot, immense TV, frigo industriel, barbecue... Je recommande également fortement leur contact de traiteur qui s'est adapté parfaitement à nos besoins et notre budget."

"We spent almost a fortnight in this beautifully restored house right on the square in Castelsagrat. We had a wonderful time. It is very large house and very comfortable for 5 persons as it has 2 great bathrooms with very nice showers. There are 2 big bedrooms and there is really a 3rd ante-bedroom which is adjacent to one of 2 bathrooms. "Extérieur superbe, piscine agréable et environnement calme et verdoyant. Pour le reste c'est plutôt la déception. Malgré l'accueil chaleureux du responsable des lieux la maison a de nombreux problèmes (de plomberies notamment) et la literie est à changer d'urgence. Le tarif exigé n'est pas à la hauteur du confort mis à disposition."
