We could not use the hot tub the first night at all because of somebody not doing their job it would not heat up in time for use the first night. We only stayed there two nights but we did certainly expect to be able to use the hot tub both nights that did not happen"

Great communication with the host, BEAUTIFUL VIEWS, lots of space, beds were comfy except the upstairs king bed (very hard), kitchen stocked very well, parking under the covered carport was nice, house was clean, had all the essentials and more, WiFi was good, hot tub was great for the kids and fit pit would have been amazing if we could have used it but the rain stopped us. "This property is beautiful. The mountain views are amazing. The ride up the mountain to reach the cabin to enjoy those views are curvy but worth it. Be careful if you're not use to driving in the mountains. The property managers were very quick to respond, resolve and assist with any maintenance issues we had. We had a few housekeeping issues, with the linen and one that included us not being able to use the hot tub. I would ask the property managers to make sure those things are addressed first...
