"It was in a great location, about 3 miles walking from the beach and a mile from the city center, but there was a bike path that ran in both directions, making all things easily accessible. There was a rooftop common area with snacks and drinks all day included in the price of the stay, as well as many other amenities that made this hotel worthwhile. "

"I was in Biarritz for just one night and this was an awesome place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for what I needed, a comfortable bed, very clean, and amazing location. I easily walked to town and to all the beaches from this location. I would definitely stay here again! "This is a majestic old (but updated) hotel with excellent service. They gave us a tour of the facility and explained all the available services. The whirlpool, sauna, and steam room were all included in the price of the room. They even upgraded our room to ocean view! What incredible service at an incredible hotel. "

"Really good hotel for a trip to Biarritz. The area around is very quiet. Hotel was clean and the staff was really kind. It is a bit further away from town, around 15 minutes walking downhill, however the area around is beautiful. "

"The property fell short of its 4 star rating and our expectations. The lighting in the kitchen/main room did not work. The hot water in the shower was exhausted rather quickly. Most unpleasant was the presence of mosquitos and the lack of air-conditioning as the temperature reached 38C on the day when we arrived. "
