"We are really disappointed with the cleanliness of the house. Toilet had yellow/brown stains. Broken floor tiles. Dusty table and counter top. Filthy bbq machine. Ripped couches and many more complaints. Basement had very foul urine smell and stains on the wall, looked like basement flooded before. Upon arrival we contacted the host to clean the house. "The Queen Studio room was great, clean and a loaded with whatever utensils and tools you need to cook simple meals. The walls are pretty thick, didn't hear any chatter or noise from the neighbouring rooms, only the doors when opened/closed. It was a cold week during my stay and I had no issue raising the temperature from the thermostat, the heater was responsive and quick to warm up the room.
